Its Christmas break now. hehe we dont have our tree up yet. Today was the last day of school before Christmas break. we had a half day today. As I write this, i would be getting out of school. Waiting for mom, and getting ready to leave. I just had to update my blog. It was really bugging me. So i updated it. Yay!
on another note. My novel that im slowly working on, is well. slow. I havent written in a long time and i really should. At least im nearly done with my second notebook. Nearly. A few weeks ago i told myself that if i dont have 30k words by Christmas, no candy until January. i only have about 21k words. 3 days to get 9,000 words. i think i have better get started!!!

Christmas is coming
Yes, Christmas is coming. And soon. Which means that soon it will be Jesus' birthday. Christmas is the time to think about the love of God and sharing gifts. Just like God gave us the best gift we could ever get. A free ride to heaven if we believe that Jesus is the Son of God, and that he paid for our sins. Christmas is also a good time to meet with family and catch up on how our lives have been doing since we last saw them.
Our classroom is doing the caring can. Which is like a can that we put money in to give to some children who's parents can't give them a happy child's Christmas. New stuff. That's our way of giving just a small fraction of the gift God gave us. We're giving our family love in the gifts that we're giving them. I hope that we raise a lot of money for our family so we can give them a happy Christmas.
I hope we all have a very happy Christmas and see relatives that we haven't seen in awhile and remember the reason why Christmas is about giving gifts. To give back fractions of the gift God gave us. It's the best we can do. But doing a little is better than doing nothing. Sometimes, giving a little goes a long way.

I had fun
I know, corny title. But hey, I had fun today. First of all, during second recess we had an ultimate game of keep away. (haha ultimate is my spelling word this week) it was girls against boys obviously, the boys said that they one but my grandma says that the girls won because they got injured and we didn't. (my fault. I kick hard!) or was it my band teacher that told me that. Yeah, I think it was my band teacher. So when we got in the boys were complaining about how I hurt their legs so much. I also had French horn lessons today. I didn't play a note. We gave my horn a bath. Sure it 'peed' on me a bit. She also said that my horn is going to pee a lot during band which is tomorrow. Giving my horn a bath took about 40 minutes. My band teacher said that my horn wasn't really dirty. Which means that I don't eat some food then right away play my French horn. Which is very good. Today was a fun day.
It was a fun day
We played and played
We got dirty
Not very murky
Wrestling and tickling
Climbing and neighing
Being horses
Riding them too
Today was such a good fun day
That is a poem about our second recess. It's a ruff draft but eh. It's ok.

Happy Thanksgiving
Yeah so Thanksgiving was yesterday. Now what did I do yesterday? You might ask. I went to church then went home. I wrote a bit then we went to my grandmas house. We ate there and chatted. We stayed there for 7 hours! I tried to take a nap but I was worried about missing grandpas homemade ice cream. My cousin fell asleep. My uncle fell asleep. But I couldn't! I wrote quite a bit when my little cousins weren't tackling me and trying to take my pencil and saying that it 'theirs'. Anyway I had a lot of fun. I also had a lot of fun taking my littlest cousins blanket and defeating a v ery hard puzzle. I TOOK YOU DOWN KITTIES!!!!!!!!! Haha. My sister let me have the honors of putting the last piece in because I did most of it with the help of my Uncle Bill, grandpa, and my sister. Thank you for the wonderful Thanksgiving!!!!!!!

Snow!
This is the second day of snow on the ground. We're very excited. For my novel that is being written right now, well I need some more events. I've done an outline, but I never follow it. I guess I could bring Uncle Walter in through Ama's dream. Then I could probably kill off Zander and I'll find out that Uncle Walter is actualy a good person. The only reason he captured Ama was so then he could bring her back to her homeland. That would be a very good twist. So my chars now; Ama, Adalyn, NightWatcher, Zander, king, Queen, Pesants, Chaos, Tornado, Wacko, and NightWatchers mom.
Who is Chaos really? Wacko? Tornado? Why do they have such weird names? Are they even human? Do they know that Ama isn't human?
Oooohhhhh! Yay I have ideas now!!! Thank. You for listening to my ideas flow! Thank you thank you!!!!!!!
Well, now that ive got some idea starters I can resume writing again! Yay!!!!!!
But when do I tell Ama that her sis is Adalyn? And how? How can i make more scenes like the wolves one? When do I start and end chapters? I better start writing!

10k!!!!
Hey people who ever even read this,
I hit 10k words last night for nano! Sure I'm behind by like 6k words but I'll be fine. Nano is such fun. You should try it just for grabs. The sensation of you can't stop writing and figuring out how to escape writers block, hating your story, loving you story, finding out a lot about yourself. I've found out by myself that it's hard to write when your watching a movie you haven't seen in years. (I was watching Dora the Explorer last night. I got some good ideas out of. It though. I hope to do Blues Clues tonight. I might even make the 2k in a day mark!
Hunting season started yesterday and my friends brought some nice stories. One of my friends caught a nice 6 point. He might have been the buck that has been hanging around my house. I haven't hunted at all in my life. My dad wouldn't let me. I can understand why, I'm a clumsy person and I have some troubles concentrating on stuff that does absolutely nothing until a buck comes into your range

Tractor Driving
Yesterday I drove a tractor for the first time. It was fun. My dad and I were hauling logs for our furnace this winter. So the first time I drove a tractor, it had a trailer on it. I even tried to back up. That failed. But it was a lot of fun. The words I wrote yesterday was a round 1,336 words. Yay! Now my word count is 5541 wahoo!
I'm going to go eat soon bye!

My first nano cheat
Hah I found out that I cheated on Nano. But the guy said I could win if I wrote 51,568 words. I don't think I'll even get to 50k. My word count is 3844. My main is just staring onto her adventure to find the lost king and tok restore the flawed magic. I seem to only write outlines so I can find ways to not use those spectacular events. I'm writing not typing my story. It's fun to count words and I also dont see my mistakes so I feel like I have to correct everything. Plus I can write faster than typing. So that's my other update!!!!

Updating
Ok I counted the words in my novel that I've written over the summer. I guess you want to know how many words I've written. The number is........ 1568!!!!!! 1568 words!!!!!!! My novel is a second part to a mystery that my teacher assigned. I really hope to finish it and have it get published. Then people can read my story. My mystery is called (the one that my teacher assigned) Black As Night. Sounds mysterious doesn't it? I love the title!
Black As Night
It's about a girl named Ama who is in the time period of 3021. When her pet spider goes missing and a trip to the beach involves a gun, a sand castle, and a murder. Ama solves the mystery but ends up kidnapped. How will she tell the police?
The next part.... Possibly called......
Night Watcher
Have fun trying to figure out what my title means!!!!

Done
I did get a lot of stuff done. I finished my sisters last present. A stuffed turtle. She opened her presents last night. I believe she likes them all. My mom told me at the Harvest Sale we raised about $6,680. Nice job auctioneers!!!!!! I also finished my homework. So I got a bit of stuff done.
I just got back from youth group. We played a very hard game of capture the flag. Nobody found the other teams flag. We switched sides to see is we could find the other teams flag. Well the other team took their own flag and took it with them to our side and said they found our flag. But our flag is hidden in some hard to reach thickets. After we announced them the winners the said they cheated. That was not cool. But after that we played Ships Ahoy! It took awhile for everyone to figure it out. I think some people still doesn't get it. Oh well. It was fun. Plus there was slot of food.
That's all for now. Bye!!!!

Harvest Sale
Well last night there was the harvest sale. As always it was a lot of fun. I believe we raised a lot of money for my school too. I bet you are wondering what I mean when I say Harvest Sale. Well the harvest sale is an auction and a fund raiser for my school. There is also a silent auction. The apple cider and cookies were delicious too. Sadly I didn't bid on the live auction stuff. I wanted something but they were taking a long time to get to it. I bidder on one thing in the silent auction. There was 15 minutes left until it closed and my sister wanted a necklace. I bided on that. It is going to be her belated birthday present for all the birthdays that I missed. But I need to work on the third and last present. I guess I should work on that instead on reading, updating my blog, being on Facebook, and simply ignoring my homework. I better go do those things. Adios!!!!!!

Most interesting thing today
The most interesting thing that happened today. Easy. Let's just say it involves; varnish, paintbrushes, orange stuff, green stuff (chemical like soap) soap, water, rubbing achohol, paper towels, and gasoline.
Sure that's a big list. But it only happened in about an hour and a half. Now let me explain. First of all, we were varnishing some pieces of wood that were going to have nails and all that good stuff to spell, faith hope love. Today we were going to put on a second coat of varnish. The person who put the first coat of varnish didn't clean the paintbrush. But I used it anyway. Then I went to clean the paintbrush. So I was washing the brush and the varnish wouldn't come out. The teacher came and started cleaning the paintbrush she used to varnish the boards. We worked on it during first recess. (which is about ten minutes starting about 10:30 a.m.) then my teacher, Mrs. Alfred, got some chemically soap to help us clean the brushes. It sort of worked. When it was done we washed our hands when we realized that both of our hands were sticky. Well Mrs. Alfred poured the chemically soap that had orange in it's name onto our hands. Then we put hand sanitizer on our hands, then we used sanitizing wipes. Mrs. Alfred's hands weren't sticky but mine were. But recess had ended by then so I went to English. All through English my wonderful teacher, Mrs. Alfred let me keep on going downstairs to try to get the stickiness away. After English it was lunch time. By then I started to cry. I couldn't eat because I had chemicals on my hands and they could be deadly if I touched my sandwich then eat it. So i cryer when the little room teacher, Mrs. Barnum (kindergarten and first) saw me crying and started to get me out of my trance by tickling me. She had to do it for about thirty seconds before she tickled me on both sides of my ribs to get me out of my trance. When I told her my dilemma she suggested rubbing achohol. Then she ran to get some. She later came back and I washed my hands with rubbing achohol. But it didn't work. Then Mrs. Barnum also suggested that I eat my sandwich with my sandwich bag covering my fingers while I ate. I ate all my luck except for my Kit Kat. Helen, my bus driver was there to save me from my misery. She was there with gasoline.
we went out to the parking lot where she got a bucket with the nozel for where you pour gas through. Well she told me what she was going to do. then she poured gas onto my cupped hands, then i scrubbed my hands like as if the gas was soap. Then she dried my hands with a dirty wash cloth, but i didn't get all the varnish off. She had to pour some more. Then i went into the school and washed my hands four times. Finally. I was free.
I went outside for second recess and spined and swung on the swings super happy that i was free of varnish. I ate my Kit Kat and my terrible day started to look like it was going to get happier.

Science
I love science. It's so cool. The fact that I can wear a bracelet that is solar colored (it goes from white to color when it adsorbs natural light) is super cool. What I also love about science is that making a rub-gulburg machine is interesting. But I love to create. I once read a book, Warlock, the Nicholas Flannel series, once said, "Magic, is a form of creativity, you can make anything that you can imagine." but worldly creativity is not magic, it's a gift from God. Sure my imagination is filled with magic and dragons and swords, but I think that if I can use my imagination for the good of Christ, like C.S Lewis. That would be fun and I would be doing part of my part to help the world. Another thing I like about science is the varity of the animals that there is in the world. But that likeness goes to my teachers who got me interested in this stuff by being interesting and not monotone has helped a lot. Plus making a movie for a science project on the three toed sloth was the most fun I had for it being school. Even more fun than the science experiment, which is saying a lot.
Creating is the best gift I might ever get. Or imagination. Which is the same thing.

Okay, so today has been a rundown of not-so-interesting-I-don't-have-anything-that-explains-my-mind kind of stuff. Yesterday must have been the Talk Of Gross Things. Because talking of Jewish identify stuff. Girls aren't allowed to see. Hair extensions from your local shower drains, child birth, and throwing up. Gross day at school. At least we had fun at our field-trip! We pretended to be an archeologist and dig up artifacts from a local area. I would post pictures but my camera shutters died and wouldn't open. We found nails, frosted glass, green glass, pottery, somebody found a bone that was literally a foot long. I think somebody's mom found a green diamond. But my parents say it was a piece of glass. We didn't take anything because a sign said not to.
Well today... My camera still won't work and I replaced the battery. Mom says I need a new camera. Maybe for Christmas. In band we made a movie for the Halloween Concert that were doing October 30. I'm playing the awesome French Horn! The movie is going to be great. I just know it.
That's all I can think of for now. Bye bye!

Northern Light part two
Ok. So the Northern Light were beautiful last night. But why did God make them? I know that the. Northern Lights are like atoms colliding and stuff with solar winds, but why did God make Northern Lights? Maybe He wants to show us how powerful He is. That He made that. Or maybe the world needed a covenant and the Northern Lights were like that promise. Like the rainbow shows His promise to Noah that He will never flood the entire earth again. I'll ask my teacher what she thinks. This is something to think about. What is the point of the Northern Lights?
Northern Lights
Last night around 9:40 p.m we received a call that the Northern Lights were putting a show for us. Dad, mom, my sis, and I stepped out into the cold air and looked up to the sky. The only colors I saw were green and red. But it was the first time I ever saw them. I didn't take any pictures because my camera was in the upstairs bedroom. The Norther Lights made my theory about the sky being a bowl come way more alive. That's because the Northern Lights were over head, south, north, east, and west. It was everywhere. The red lights in the east and west were very vibrant. The green was like the sun shinning through the clouds.
I also found out that I had been seeing them for the past three days outside of my window. Just think! I was looking at the Northern Lights without knowing!!!
I will post some drawings of the Northern Lights later. But I'm glad I stayed up late!

Random
It's amazing how one can get so distracted. One minute I'm super focused on something and the next moment my mind is wandering. Not daydreaming. Wandering. In The Mentalist, Jane, (the crazy non cop dude that can sometimes speak to horses) was teaching a class he barged into. He said that the mind is like a closet. He wanted the students to look into their "closet" and find out information on the victims personality. When my mind wanders, i just stand and stare at my closet. But it's empty.
But sometimes I get jittery and I can't stop moving. That happened at school today. In the middle of Bible and during Social Studies I was standing, pacing, rearranging books on the shelves, and seemingly not paying attention. But I was. I was just having the urge to move. And my soooooo nice teacher let me do it because I'm in the back of the class.
But what causes these impulse???? ADD? ADHD???? I haven't been tested for that. Growing spurts causing the need to move and stretch so I can grow??? (not that I'm not tall enough thank you) me need ing attention?? Though the last one may be my last suggestion, it could be true. Me, without needing attention or wanting attention, possibly trying to get attention. That would be my last possibly.
It is amazing how easily the mind could get distracted. Like one time our art teacher spent a whole class explaining the differences of how diesel and gas engine works. How did we get to that topic??????? I think that our art teacher, Mr. K, was asking us how to do a something with a tractor when a certain Winter asked how a diesel engine worked. Then Mr. K explained how a diesel and gas engine worked with words and a few drawn pictures.
Another time Mr. K asked us to close our eyes. He was going to tell us a word and we were going to see a picture. Now before I tell you this, we are all republicans. All us this. We don't like our president right now. Now I'll tell you what happened. So Mr. K told us to close our eyes and we would see a picture, not the word he was going to say. Then he said two words. "Barack Obama." let's just say there was a lot of screaming and a lot of "my eyes!!!!" thirteen dramatic kids screaming in indoor voices all at once going like "my eyes!!!!". A very funny day.
See what I just did??? At first I was telling you about how Mr. K can talk a whole class about the differences between the diesel engine and the gas engine, the i told you a random story that was waaaaay out of topic about him ruining our day making us picture Obama.
I've heard that the human mind is more complex than a computer. So there is a lot of space to roam and go off in a totally off track bunny trail. Like your going to town when you see an acorn. You know that there should be a squirrel because squirrels like acorns. So you're thinking about squirrels when you remember the movie you saw that was called Up. So you start thinking about dogs flying in airplanes shooting at a kid when the kid yells "Squirrel!" then the dogs crash their planes looking for squirrels. Then you suddenly get the horror of dogs driving planes and how the world would be like that. Now you look up and your in a strange place. You're at your evil Aunt Cindy's house that is like five teen miles off from where you should have been.
I could have come up with a story right there and then about that evil Aunt Cindy who is actually a butterfly who is addicted to butter, but then you would stop reading. See how my mind is????? I can get easily lost.

Stage Fright
We all have a type of case of stage fright. Mine is mild. I think. I can sing in front of a crowd if I'm looking at the words on a stand. Or I'm singing in a group like a school play. But of course I'm developing standing in front of a crowd. What I feel is stage fright for shy people is the fact that everybody's attention is on you. Like making a speech or singing a solo. For me reciting lines or singing in front of a crowd, the actual process, I don't have very much of stage fright. I think the worse part of stage fright is before you're going to do it. The thought that everyone is going to be looking at you. That is stage fright. I haven't thought of a cure of stage fright yet. But my solution for right now that might vary from person to person. Looking at one object in the room. Whether it's a person's scarf or a piece of paper. Just focusing on that object might help.
Well, that was my third post. I hope you find that it helps or enjoyable.
