We all have a type of case of stage fright. Mine is mild. I think. I can sing in front of a crowd if I'm looking at the words on a stand. Or I'm singing in a group like a school play. But of course I'm developing standing in front of a crowd. What I feel is stage fright for shy people is the fact that everybody's attention is on you. Like making a speech or singing a solo. For me reciting lines or singing in front of a crowd, the actual process, I don't have very much of stage fright. I think the worse part of stage fright is before you're going to do it. The thought that everyone is going to be looking at you. That is stage fright. I haven't thought of a cure of stage fright yet. But my solution for right now that might vary from person to person. Looking at one object in the room. Whether it's a person's scarf or a piece of paper. Just focusing on that object might help.
Well, that was my third post. I hope you find that it helps or enjoyable.
Or you can focus on some friendly faces and just talk to them.
